Contractor License Checker is owned and operated by Hublo Technologies (OPC) Private Limited. This Refund Policy applies to optional paid digital products sold on this site.

Free matcher and guides

The license matcher, bond amount lookup, and educational guides on this site are free. No payment is collected for those tools, so no refund applies.

Compliance Workbook and other paid downloads

Optional one-time digital products (for example the Compliance Workbook) are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for checkout, tax, and payment processing.

After purchase you receive download access from Lemon Squeezy by email. We do not store your payment card details.

Refund eligibility

Contact us at license@hublo.ai within 14 days of purchase if you cannot download the files, receive corrupted files, or were charged twice for the same order.

Include your Lemon Squeezy order number and the email used at checkout. We will work with Lemon Squeezy to resolve eligible cases.

Because digital files are delivered immediately, we generally cannot refund purchases where the files downloaded successfully and matched the product description on the checkout page.

If you paid through Lemon Squeezy and need help locating your receipt, check your email for messages from Lemon Squeezy or contact us at license@hublo.ai.

If we add Stripe or another processor in the future, this page will be updated. Refund requests will still be handled through the support email on this page and the processor's published buyer terms.
